The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean, spacious, and modern. I found the location convenient for accessing local attractions (it's near a park).

the hotel room was very clean. it had a spacious shower and a big tv. i could stock up on food and drink at a shopping centre just across from arts & sciences. the location near the arts & science museums was perfect for my needs.
the music during breakfast was quite loud.

I liked the short walk to the Oceanogràfic, a big plus. The breakfast had an excellent selection. The churros were yummy. The staff was helpful and cute.. they gave us tips on using the buses. The hotel was very clean.

The front desk staff, especially Belem and Rafa, provided really good customer service. They offered useful time-saving advice for using local buses and bicycles. This greatly enhanced our ability to explore the city efficiently.

fresh fruit convenient location
the breakfast had many options. i especially liked the fresh fruit (it was really flavorful!). the hotel is near a shopping center about a five-minute walk away, i found that convenient. (i went there to buy a swimsuit!).
the english level of some staff members was a bit basic.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Belem and Rafa provided us with great time-saving tips for using buses and bicycles in the city! I really looked forward to eating churros for breakfast. It was yummy! The location was within distance to the beach and mall.
I found the price for a dog per night to be very high. It included unnecessary items like bottled water and treats, which I didn't need. I had already brought my own supplies.
